For over 25 years, I have been immersed in the study and practice of body mechanics, movement, and mental focus, beginning with martial arts and expanding into holistic health and neuroscience.
This deep experience revealed a powerful truth: true vitality comes from harmonizing the brain and body, not training them separately.

Driven by this understanding, I created the NeuroFitness project — a unique approach combining cutting-edge research with practical, accessible training methods to enhance mental clarity, mobility, and strength at any age.
