About the Founder

NeuroFitness.ca was founded by Sage Sinto — a movement specialist, kinesiologist, and neuro-based training practitioner with over 20 years of experience helping people improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore confidence in their bodies.

Sage holds a Master’s degree in Physical Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy, a Bachelor’s in Physical Education, an MBA, and is a Registered Kinesiologist in Alberta (Alberta Kinesiology Association & Canadian Kinesiology Alliance).
He is also a Martial Arts Master, Mind-Body Coach, and a certified Early Childhood Educator, which gives him a unique ability to adapt training to different ages and abilities.

Having guided hundreds of students across Canada and internationally, Sage combines modern brain-body science with practical, accessible movement strategies. His approach is gentle, intelligent, and designed to help people feel stronger, more mobile, and more energized — regardless of age, background, or fitness level.
